Pivot

Brand Story

The Pivot brand story found its roots in the vibrant buzz of downtown and Capitol Hill. We focused on highlighting the energy, pace, and movement of the residents and commuters as a way to jump into our brand identity. There’s nothing quite like living at the intersection of work and play.

Logo Development

Inspired by light streams, movement, and energy this logo yields every ounce of that in the pivoted “V” logo mark. The very idea of pivoting from work to play and light to dark mixed with a modern, clean typeface that is easy to read and well-balanced is exactly what the client was acquiring. The bright energy of this brand sparks interest and allure to discover more of what this building and brand has to offer.

Customer Journey

Because of our building placement, visible in both directions from a main throughway that cuts straight through the center of downtown Seattle, and knowing our target audience were those ambitious go getters looking for a home that is an easy commute to both work and play, we designed eye catching signage (add size of leasing banner?) to draw early attention to the building. Paired with on-site construction signage and A-boards strategically placed in high foot traffic areas, we can capture a large amount of interest from people already in the immediate area. Our digital campaigns reflect this same energy through the use of colorful graphics and imagery that portrays movement and energy.

We wanted to embody the energy of the Capitol Hill neighborhood through imagery and video clips that immerses a viewer in those moments. Long exposure photography that captures motion and energy provides quick glimpse of the hustle and bustle of a lively city street and connects into the vibrancy of the brand.
