Who We Are
We Put People First so Great Experiences Follow
We’re a fun bunch of property management professionals focused on executing big ideas and creating dynamic experiences. Our “secret sauce”? We empower people to change the game.
PEOPLE-CENTRIC EXPERIENCES
Our Story
We formed Blanton Turner to reimagine property management through a people-centric lens. For our clients, we build legacies and market growth. For our customers, we build meaningful places to call home. For our employees, we build a warm and welcoming environment where people matter as much as the work.
That focus and nearly a century of combined experience behind our leadership, allows each building, much like its inhabitants, to tell a unique story of its own. That’s how we change the landscape for the better.
Inclusive work environment for all

All employees are welcome to join our DEI Committee! Our Mission is to identify and support actions and practices that exemplify Blanton Turner’s values of inclusion and belonging and to foster a company culture where all employees, customers, business partners, and communities can thrive.

We believe you have the right to live your best life, and that the space you take up deserves care and attention.
We believe neighborhoods and communities are the heartbeat of our cities. Each shop owner, school teacher, and resident contributes to its story. We see it on the walls of buildings, through the lines outside of a restaurant, and during times of challenge.
We believe our homes and the spaces we visit are fundamental to our well being. They inspire, provide us shelter, allow us to relax, and serve as a place to gather.
We value personal connection and honoring one another’s humanity. Whether it’s a simple greeting with a smile, birthday hugs, or commiserating over a tasty beverage, we acknowledge one another as thinking and feeling beings full of life’s experiences that we can all learn from. If we only had one kind of donut our whole lives, how boring would that be? Real. Boring. We all have something amazing to offer.
We support working together towards a more just and equitable society where everyone’s voice is heard and has a seat at the table. For only then can we truly all be equal and live up to our full potential as individuals and as a society.

PASSIONATE
We care — a lot. Whether we’re focusing on the next project, dedicating time to our favorite hobbies, or spending quality time with loved ones, we’re always fully invested.
AUTHENTIC
We keep it real. Our client communication is grounded, friendly, and direct, and our office is filled with laughter and support. We look to make each workday great.
STRATEGIC
We believe that the best ideas are grounded in research. Our success requires context, creativity, and imagination to be leveraged with robust data and analysis.
COLLABORATIVE
The simple truth is that ideas are made better by empowering every voice. No one person has all the answers, and each new perspective can be a game-changer.
TRAILBLAZING
We’re quick to realize when an outdated approach no longer works. With a reputation for innovation, we look for ways to push boundaries and discover inventive solutions.
