To best deliver on our goals, we identify and define target archetypes early on, so we can understand what matters to them. We research local, regional, national, and even international markets to know what works now as well as what experiential trends are on the horizon. We go over our plans with contractors, developers, and architects because we bring everything we have to the table and we want to hear from everyone.

Utilizing a strategy heavy on education and social programming, our goal is to make sustainable decisions easy and logical.

To achieve LEED, early considerations allow for appropriate under- standing of the often complex systems involved within a building and optimization of their ongoing operations. In this market, to be a leader in this space, it’s essential to take an integrated approach to your building, which carries through building development and management. While achieving LEED is something to be celebrated, this alone will not make you a market leader in this space. We have found that incorporating ongoing programs such as resident and vendor education programming, waste management, coordination in capital improvement, and community outreach will help residents maximize the efficiency of your green building and solidify the projects position as a leader in the local community.
