I moved up to the Portland area at the beginning of the pandemic in February 2020. Since then, I moved 3 times looking for the place I belonged. I now think I found it. I don’t drive and need access to public transportation. I have that here. I need to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. I am able to do that here. I wanted a place with new and higher quality interior features. Definitely present here. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The response to maintenance requests is amazing. I strongly recommend The Lark Apartments.
