Leveraged hotel amenities and services to compete with competitors, achieved 95% occupancy within 10-months.

Repositioned to take advantage of under-met market demand and reintroduced with a new brand, story and a more current look and feel. Renovation included new finishes inside and out. Blanton Turner increased in-place rents by 50% within one year.

Repositioned the property in the eyes of the market and raised rents over $200/unit/month on turnover, ultimately increasing property value by $4 million when fully implemented. Maintained 95% occupancy through this process.
