Megan moved to Seattle in January 2016, for a job transfer within the property management world, which first took her to the neighborhood of Queen Anne, where she instantly fell in love with its charming old houses, vibrant main street, and beautiful little parks (while working with Ula Jun!). After a year of satellite managing properties in QA, Cap Hill, and the ID, she took a year hiatus from property management to be an Optician. After a catch-up with Ula over burgers and fries, Ula convinced Megan to apply for a job with Blanton Turner and her BT career began! Megan has managed various properties in Bellevue, U-District, Uptown, and Cap Hill. Recently, she became the Operations Coordinator for BT, where she’s able to utilize her on-site experience to provide sharpened service to our property teams, while onboarding new buildings and future team members.
When she’s not working, you can typically find Megan reading a book and sipping rosé somewhere near a body of water, or snuggling with her two kitties (Baloo & Luna) and future hubby, Zach (whom she met and fell in love with at a BT property!).
