How does Blanton Turner support your interest and lifestyle?

I love that I have the time and freedom to try new things and hobbies outside of work in general – I recently started taking Japanese classes and am planning on a summer full of camping trips, and as long as I let my team know in advance I’m never worried about having to cancel my personal plans due to work.

Why did you choose Blanton Turner over other employers you were considering?

Truly, I chose Blanton Turner because of the connections I already had in the office through friends and Resident Assistants who worked there. Through these peers I had heard that the manager was great to work with and the office was a fun environment to be in – I have yet to find a BT leasing office that does not fit this description.

How has Blanton Turner helped you progress in your career?

Blanton Turner has given me ALL of my career skills and knowledge – when I started working with Blanton Turner as a new college grad I started to really dive into the industry and learn transferrable skills with each new role I took on.

Work hard, play hard – cheesy, but true! Our teams know how to get things done when needed and can unwind together and celebrate the big and little things worth celebrating.

If you could tell one thing to anyone considering a job at BT, what would it be?

Find the building you vibe with! Starting with a role on the Flex Team is a great way to start – because every building, manager, team, and ownership is so different and even if one position isn’t the right fit, the building right next door might be your dream position with the perfect team.

What part of your job gives you the greatest sense of satisfaction?

When I get to see my team work together and our efforts pay off. Between the site team, the creative team, the portfolio manager, the client, all of these entities working harmoniously and executing something well is incredibly satisfying.
