Ernie Isordia

Originally from San Diego, CA, Ernie first fell into property management in 2012 as a floating leasing agent. Starting out on affordable housing buildings, he was promoted to property manager in just 3 months to a community for King County Housing Authority, before taking over a large renovation/lease up project in Tacoma’s Stadium District. Ernie has managed various properties in Tacoma, Central District, Pioneer Square, and Capitol Hill. When he’s not working, you can typically find Ernie at Disneyland. Having grown up in Southern California, Disneyland was a regular haunt, and he is even an annual pass holder.

When you are able to make one of your residents day in the smallest way.
