CREATING A UNIQUE LIFESTYLE AND HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS
Arrivé is a high rise comprised of 344 residential units and 110 hotel rooms. It was built in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood in 2019. The project was already under construction when Blanton Turner was engaged, and the new owners needed direction on a different unit mix and amenities package. Blanton Turner consulted on a unit mix that more succinctly aligned with the market while reconfiguring amenities to tell a compelling lifestyle story for prospective residents. Because Arrivé is both apartments and hotel, Blanton Turner worked hand-in-hand with The Sound Hotel to create synergies throughout the design, systems, and management of the property. In advance of the lease-up Blanton Turner executed an exciting buzz campaign, designed and built a leasing center, and began the pre-leasing during Q4 of 2018. Arrivé received certificate of occupancy, in January 2019 and the property achieved 95% occupancy in less than 10 months.
Blanton Turner brought a level of service and collaboration with The Sound Hotel to rival its more amenitized competitors. That effort created a compelling experience for residents. Blanton Turner’s in-depth knowledge allowed for an ownership group not local to the market to make informed decisions, stay competitive, and take advantage of market opportunities, resulting in an exceptional lease-up.
