How does Blanton Turner support your interest and lifestyle?

I am an interior design major! It’s game over when I get to stage units, I live for it!

Why did you choose Blanton Turner over other employers you were considering?

Blanton Turner was something new! I was looking to explore my knowledge and grow in another field. The brand Fun People stuck out to me, I walked into my interview where my interviewer was wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and a suit jacket. This was the most relaxed interview I ever had, I knew right there that this is the place I felt the most calm, and not judged. My interview was about getting to know me not “what was your most difficult situation in work and how did you handle it”. I felt they didn’t care about who I was with prior employers just about who I was as Aarnelle, and I loved that. The huge bar in the office didn’t hurt either.

How has Blanton Turner helped you progress in your career?

Blanton Turner has been an extreme help in me finding my passion. I felt very lost. I was in a new state around new people and stuck in a career path that I never intended to carry on for so long. BT took a chance on me and I have met some of the most amazing people I could ever work with. Property management has opened my eyes to so many opportunities for career development and personal development! I always feel as though I will have someone to turn to for questions or even personal help here!

What does being part of the “BT Fun People” mean to you?

Being a part of a larger family that wants to go above and beyond to be great and being recognized for that!

If you could tell one thing to anyone considering a job at BT, what would it be?

Don’t question it, do it!

What part of your job gives you the greatest sense of satisfaction?

A big part of my job has become being a therapist and outlet for residents. It fills my heart with joy that residents don’t see me as a strict unkind person that is just there to do a job, but as a person that is there to help them!
