We love 10 Clay apartments being tucked in closer to the water, away from major businesses and foot traffic which makes it a very cozy and safe place to be, while still being a walkable distance to Pike Place and downtown. There is a yoga studio, convenience store, coffee shop, several pubs and the Olympic Park all less than 5 min walk from the building. Alex and Jerahmiah do a fantastic job to keep this building running smoothly. Communication is great and they have very warm and approachable personalities.
