Clark is Blanton Turner’s first property in the South Lake Union area to offer small efficiency studios close to all major employers. It caters to the diverse and growing community of technology citizens within and around South Lake Union.

During the discovery journey, future residents can explore Clark on their own schedule through Rently, an app-based tour scheduler and map navigation tool from your phone.  Once they’re inside the community, we focus on providing exceptional service, convenience, and connection with each other. Current residents can see which guests are waiting for them outside via ButterflyMX, the world’s first smartphone-enabled video intercom. When they receive packages, they have the ultimate in convenience and security with secure package storage and pickup using ButterflyMX. New residents also get to take advantage of an extended amenity by way of our new collaboration with our SLU neighbors, The Collective.  At the Collective, they have access to a grownup urban playground complete with climbing wall, coffee shop, bar, and restaurant, perfect for networking or unwinding.
