At 9th and Thomas, we have the unique opportunity to partner closely with our Client and Building Owner to offer more than the typical office building. On top of overseeing building operations and ensuring tenant satisfaction, we look to delight and inspire. We do this by activating our common areas with joyful experiences such as hosting DJ’s and live musicians. We bring in artists, puppy photoshoots, sweet treats, food trucks, floral displays and interactive experiences. We transform our lobby into art exhibits and host special events and private parties.

Blanton Turner was involved from the early stages of development. We partnered with the Owner’s Asset Managers and Developers to provide invaluable insight from our years of experience in pre-development consulting and operating buildings. Our onsite team played a crucial part in building commissioning and overseeing warranties to transition the property smoothly into stable operations. Blanton Turner provided key lease administration oversight through the lease signing process of the single office user (Amazon) and three retailers and successfully assisted in the Tenant Improvement Build-Outs.
As warranties expired, critical contracts were executed with the right vendors for the job. To summarize, we were there from day one to oversee all components of running and maintaining the physical asset as well as ensuring exceptional experiences for every building user.

Stabilized operations focus on maintaining the building to Class-A standards while employing a people-focused approach, keeping in mind the unique brand and experience 9th & Thomas brings to all of our tenants, vendors, guests, and fans. We run where inspiration takes us, be that closing a main arterial street during the pandemic so that our restaurants can continue to safely offer a dining experience or hustling to install a new meaningful piece of art that uplifts the neighborhood, we jump to bring our Client’s dreams to fruition.

In addition to initial building commissioning, maintaining the building shell and core systems, and supporting Amazon and our retailers in everyday operations, Blanton Turner pulls from our vast residential experience to serve the building owner who built himself a penthouse on the top floor where he resides with his family.
