Blanton Turner isn’t a one-size fits all management company. We work with our clients to determine what we collectively want to measure, and then we develop systems to track it.
Managing A Mix of Properties.
What we do is manage multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, and student housing properties in addition to some unusual and complex assets that can be a head-scratcher for other firms.
What we don’t do is approach properties with a blanket approach template. Buildings are like people after all – each with their own personality, challenges, objectives and opportunities.

Management of the flagship property, family offices and four additional stores. Flagship is an Asian grocery store and community center including an Asian Food and Gift Market, retail shops, an 11-eatery Food Hall, a bank and a Japanese bookstore, family-owned since 1928. 2020 major renovation accomplished with minimal disruption. Principals have managed the assets since prior to the founding of Blanton Turner.

Pre-development consulting and management of this 259-bed building since 2011. Students, parents and the university love The Douglas. Annual lease-up highlights the building’s “cool factor” – a challenge to create in student housing with onsite resident advisors. Over 90% pre-leased each spring for the following fall semester.

We’re proud of our PNW roots. Founded in 2011, Blanton Turner’s principals came from a legendary Seattle development and management firm with a long-term hold mindset. While we transitioned from in-house leaders to third-party managers, we never lost the ability to deeply understand the needs of ownership. We think like owners, and have hired and trained individuals who, at their core, care about the assets they manage as if they were their own. Based in Seattle, Blanton Turner partners with Pacific Northwest property owners with an emphasis on Seattle Metro, western Washington and Oregon communities.
